Booking a Trip
-To book a custom climbing or skiing trip, please contact directly. We will discuss your goals, come up with a custom itinerary, and send you a proposal that lays out all associated costs, which will vary greatly depending on the trip.
-A deposit of $1000 or 30%, whichever is greater, reserves your custom trip dates. Balance is due 90 days from beginning of trip unless otherwise stipulated.
-For scheduled trips, a 50% deposit is required to hold your spot, with the balance due up to 6 months prior to trip start, depending on the lodge.
-Payments can be made using our invoice system through PayPal Business, allowing you to use credit cards but which are charged a 3.5% additional fee. You can also send a check or do a direct bank transfer.
-While we will strive to honor the advertised price at time of initial booking, we reserve the right to increase prices by up to 5% for trips that are scheduled more than 6 months in the future to cover unexpected changes in expenses.

-Trip insurance is required for international trips. We recommend World Trips Atlas Plan which must include the Adventure Sports Upgrade.
